ROCK THE WORLD 10 CONCERT CONTEST 2010 - Terms and Conditions

1. The "Rock the World 10 Live in KL Concert Contest" (hereinafter known as "the Contest") is valid from 10:00 hours of 13th Dec 2010 to 23:59 hours of 20th Dec 2010 (hereinafter known as "the Contest period') both dates inclusive, unless otherwise notified.

2. This Contest will be conducted on two social network platforms:

2.1 Facebook - located at the URL: www.facebook.com/. (hereinafter referred to as "the Facebook Contest").; and

2.2 Twitter - located at the URL: www.twitter.com/. (hereinafter referred to as "the Twitter Contest").

3. The Facebook Contest will comprise of selected questions posted at Facebook's site located at www.facebook.com/:

4.1 Six winners for each day for the duration of the dates starting from 13th December 2010 until 20th December 2010;

4.2 Each winner will get 2 (two) RTW10 tickets;

4.2 Each Facebook & Twitter Contest contestant must email the answer to a specific email address; rtw10@tunetalk.com

4.3 Every tenth email with the correct answer will win the 2 (two) RTW10 tickets;

5. Tune Talk reserves the right to publish names, identification numbers and photos of the winner as and when required, as well as for any future advertising purposes. 6. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, Tune Talk has the sole discretion to substitute any prize with another prize of equivalent value, at any time without giving any prior notice or without assigning any reason whatsoever to the winners. 7. All prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash or credit in part or in full. 8. All eligible participants are bound by the terms and conditions contained and/or amended herein from time to time and any decisions made by Tune Talk shall be final and no further correspondence will be entertained. 9. Where the terms & conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of any inconsistencies, conflicts or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail. 10. The terms and conditions herein shall be governed and construed in the laws of Malaysia and the winner agrees unconditionally to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysia. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without any prior notice. 11. The Contest is open to all Tune Talk subscribers only. Employees of Tune Talk Sdn Bhd ("Tune Talk"), their immediate families, Tune Talk's advertising agencies, their employees and immediate families, Tune Talk's distributors and dealers, their employees and immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
