Bahan-bahan ( 3-4 orang makan ):
15 ekor udang sederhana besar
50gm mentega
1 biji telur dipukul
4sudu susu cair
daun kari
1 biji bawang besar dan 2 ulas bwg putih dan cili padi.semuanya dicincang
garam dan gula

Cara-cara:
goreng udang sehingga separuh masak.ketepikan
cairkan mentega dan tumis bawang,cili yg dicingcang tadi dan daun kari
bila bawang dah layu,masukkan telur,dan cepat2 kacau.lepas tu masukkan susu cair,secubit garam,gula.siap!
